G53 for the Engineer & G3A3 for Medic.
For Recon i usually bring a QBU-85 (Did i spell that right?) with ACOG or lower magnification.

Honestly I cannot single out any weapons from all classes to be my favorite, I have a favorite for each class. FAMAS, SCAR, M249, and the M98B are my favorites and in my opinion great guns for each class.
